NASBLA Education Requirements

It’s important to note that while most states participate in NASBLA education requirements. There are exceptions that may still apply. For example, some states may require the course to be proctored or taught in a classroom setting. Some states allow online videos or live online classes. Most states will honor that certification, allowing you to operate a boat legally without needing to retake a local course.
