  • Visit Connecticut Online Sportsmen Licensing System.
  • Under New Customer click the orange "CREATE AN ACCOUNT” button.
  • Fill out your name, birth date, and leave the default season untouched, then click CONTINUE
  • Fill out the form in its entirety and click “Submit”; your new Conservation ID will appear at the top of the page.
